More resilient people are able to "roll with the punches" and adapt to adversity without lasting difficulties; less resilient people have a harder time with stress and life changes, both major and minor.

I can tailor a programme to meet your own specific needs, which may be for a 3-month period or significantly longer with periodic follow up.
Each session is tailored to what you need, with tools and techniques to help you develop life strategies to relax, find inner calm and confidence, to get more done, without working harder and to have a more positive and proactive outlook about life.

The programme will:

Drive forward your success, resulting in less stress, more balanced and confidence to address any of life’s challenges.
This programme consists of 1-hour fortnightly sessions.
