1. CHANGE YOUR LIFE PROGRAMME
A 6-month programme tailored to your requirements to:
Identify unhelpful habits to take the necessary steps to help re-programme your thinking
Determining your attitudes and themes about life – identifying those themes that are hindering your progress to what you really want in life
Understand your core beliefs – challenging what’s the reality and what are your perceptions, which maybe preventing progress – without you even realising it!
Understanding what makes you tick, what is most important to you and understanding how well your life is currently aligned to your life priorities
Understand what motivates you and drives you forward, to gain and maintain momentum
Enhance relationships even with those people who challenge you most – what do those people or situations teach you about self?
Improve your health and wellbeing: Self-care is key to the balance of our physical, emotional and mental health, especially during times of change
Determine your vision for the future, know what you want and why and key steps to get there
Create more empowering beliefs to support your vision for the future and your present journey to your future.
This Programme consists of 1-hour fortnightly sessions.
2. KEEPING CALM, WHILST GETTING MORE DONE PROGRAMME
A 12-month programme tailored to your requirements to:
Take back control of your life so you spend your time doing what you really want to do
Tell if you have healthy pressure or heading for burnout
Really know what makes you tick and have great relationships with even the most challenging people
Get excited by your future and not miss out the most important parts of your life
Look and feel confident, getting more of what you want
Remove clutter, create space, energy and time
Boost your memory power, learn more quickly and save time
Think clearly, reduce anger and anxiety, to relax and remain calm in a crisis
Stop worrying, stress less, sleep better to start really living your life
Properly switch off, recharge your batteries, having the vitality to enjoy your life more
Build mental endurance, so you can recover quickly when problems arise.
This Programme consists of monthly 90-minute sessions.
