WELLBEING COACHING

Emotional resilience refers to one’s ability to adapt quickly to stressful situations or crises. More resilient people are able to "roll with the punches" and adapt to adversity without lasting difficulties; less resilient people have a harder time with stress and life changes, both major and minor.


I have a practical, positive and proactive approach to life challenges, inspiring people to take action to really feel better about themselves, whether at home, work or both.

I can tailor a programme to meet your own specific needs, which may be for a 3-month period or significantly longer with periodic follow up.

Each session is tailored to what you need, with tools and techniques to help you develop life strategies to relax, find inner calm and confidence, to get more done, without working harder and to have a more positive and proactive outlook about life.

ENHANCED RESILIENCE PROGRAMME

Accelerating performance and mental endurance for life’s challenges

A 6-month programme to significantly enhance resilience, performance, focus and vision.


The programme will:

  • Enhance performance and wellbeing and improve your ability to remain calm in a crisis, whilst maintaining focus and direction


  • Increase your confidence acquiring a stronger sense of being in control when faced with uncertainty


  • Drive forward your success, resulting in less stress, more balanced and confidence to address any of life’s challenges.


This programme consists of 1-hour fortnightly sessions.
